Defensive errors in the second half led to Mansfield gaining the lead in a two minute spell, but the team rallied very shortly afterwards and Josh Lowe equalised with a header from a Gray corner. Sandy Muller and Jimmy Adcock were the pick of the under 16's as the Spireites finished the last five minutes with 10 men due to a head injury to Chris Tingay.
