Derek - a goalscorer for the second week running?

Its a good feeling to get on the scoresheet but I got an assist as well, and its good for the team to win. It's a good result for us. We've got to get into the habit of winning. We've worked hard and its important to keep winning games.

Your role is different to last season?

Jamie Winter sits in midfield and it helps me get forward a bit more to score goals like I've done today and its good to have that insurance behind me.

Hartlepool on Tuesday - how do you see that one?

It'll be a good test for us, to show us how good we really are. We want to be back in League One and a good result will give us more confidence.

And Bury on Friday?

The games come thick and fast. That'll be another test but if we can win games at home people won't want to come here.

How different is it this season, to last?

The gaffer's brought in some really good players with experience, and it helps us in the dressing room. Kevin Gray's not been starting but he's a good influence and its good to have players like Steve (Fletcher) and Jack (Lester) in the team. Its good to have the Scottish lads too, but we're together as a whole team.

Don't miss a thing!
