TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. This offer is available to UK residents only.
3. Employees of Perform Group, their agents, families or anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw are excluded from participating
4. To enter the 'Carling Cup final tickets' prize draw simply join the E-Squad and answer the simple question between Friday 8th February 2008 and Monday 18th February 2008. Only one entry per person.
5. Closing date for entries to the 'Carling Cup final tickets' prize draw is Monday 18th February 2008. The winner of the prize draw will be drawn by 6pm on Tuesday 19th February 2008.
6. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the rules as are these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of the rules.
7. Winners will be notified by email on Tuesday 19th February 2008. If the winner does not respond after 2 days of being notified, the promoter may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner(s) for having done so.
8. The prize draw winner will be drawn at random.
9. If any circumstances out of the promoter's control mean that the prize advertised is not available, the promoter will provide a prize of equivalent value.
11. The promoters' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. All entrants must be registered with E-Squad, any entrant found to not be registered will be invalid.
13. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entries which are incomplete or do not meet the rules.
15. No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prizes. Prizes are not transferable.
16. Winners may be asked to participate in publicity.
17. These rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
