More details about Chesterfield FC's proposed new stadium at Whittington Moor are about to be revealed in a specially commissioned full-colour virtual reality fly-thru.

The 17 minute long DVD will, for the first time, bring the stadium plans to life and give supporters the chance to see all round their proposed new home, both inside and out.

Supporters will get their first chance to see the stadium fly-thru at the Spireites Player of the Year Presentation dinner at the Sheffield Park Hotel on Sunday 29 April 2007.

 

It is intended that later this year the full virtual fly-thru will be shown at supporters meetings and be available for viewing on this website.   

 

Planning note:  An application for full planning permission for the new stadium is expected to be submitted in June/July 2007 followed by a 13 week statutory planning process.  With a 52 week build programme the new stadium would be ready for October/November 2008.
