Carla Millan was instrumental in a quick equalizer the left back made a thrilling forty yard run down the flank then delivered a great cross into the box for Catherine Davie who side footed the ball into the net.
In the 25th minute
For the remainder of the half the visitors piled on the pressure creating several chances which resulted in some great saves from the home keeper.
With seconds of the first period remaining Laura Allcock made a stupendous save from a free kick diving full length to her left to divert the ball away from the goal unfortunately the home striker was first to the ball slotting home the equalizer from an acute angle.
In the last twenty minutes MK came back into the game testing our second half keeper Amy Page who pulled off some good saves. There was still the occasional break which resulted to a few near misses notably from Lisa Jones who headed just pass the wrong side of the post.
A good performance was marred by the news that Jodie Crofts had broken her wrist after falling awkwardly after a challenge mid-way in the second half. We all wish her a speedy recovery.
