Roy psychologically just how important is Saturday's game after last weekend's poor performance?

Roy McFarland Psychologically every game between now and the end of the season are important for us. I have said before that we have to be effective in the game against teams around us in the League and especially at home recently we have not done that. So it's a massive big game for us.

How's the team reacted to last weekends result in training?

It was a disappointing performance we know that and we all know that our home form will be important to us if we are to stay in this division. We have been disappointed in these recent home performances. We look back at both the Brighton and Bournemouth game and losing those games as now made it difficult for us. We really need to be more effective in that last third and the quality of our crosses as been poor. We saw last weekend what quality crosses can do because they undid us from a set piece with a quality ball. We need to do better I those areas and put them under pressure. I thought Peter Holmes put in some quality balls especially in the first half but we did not attack the ball and like I say it's an area we need to improve on.

Will Mark Allott and Reuben Hazell come straight back into the side?

I think on Saturday I will be looking for as much experience as I can. Last weekend we missed Mark Allott and we also missed Reuben but Janos and Downsey did well and neither of them let themselves down last weekend. Our main problem last couple of home games was that we didn't score goals in the games and if you don't score goals you do not win football matches. Pleasingly Kyle Critchell looks fine after getting a kick on calf and twisting his ankle last weekend. He's trained today and will train again tomorrow so touching wood he won't suffer any reaction. Alex Baileys came through sixty minutes against Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday so he's returning to fitness. The only down side is that Alan O'Hare is still a couple of weeks away but injury wise things are looking a lot better.

Peter Holmes is staying for another month

Yes I spoke to Holmesy and he wanted to stay here so that's all now been sorted with Luton and he's with us for another month

The loan windows reopened will you be looking to strengthen further?

We are always looking to strengthen the squad either for this season or for next but in sense we want the new players to settle in. Holmesy and Critchell haven't been here long and neither have last weeks signings Jamie Wardy and Seb Grimaldi  all will need a little time to settle in and we want them all to settle in as quickly as possible
