Lee Richardson gave a Spireites World TV preview ahead of Monday night's live on sky match against MK Dons. Read the highlights of the interview right here

It's pleasing to be going into to face MK Dons who are top of the league after three wins on the trot. But there is no room for complacency and I know that the players don't want to see the season peter out and not be involved in the promotion race.  

So we have to kick on and build on the three wins and get something out of Monday night's game. Hopefully it will be a win but we know they are a tough side and have been the form team all season. But we went to MK Dons and got a deserved win there and it would nice to achieve the same result on Monday night.

I know Paul Ince well after being on a management course with him and he's brought his winning playing mentality into management. He's certainly looks to have a bright future in management he turned Macclesfield around last season and doing really well at the moment.

So we now have to focus on this game and hopefully we will get a decent atmosphere. The supporters were very vocal in the last Sky match and that helped. But the weather forecasts not to great with hurricane winds predicted. So hopefully Sky won't get blown off the gantry and we will get the right result.
