Lee it's the big one against Mansfield Town this weekend and we have a few questions from the Business Club members to go through

The first one is Jack Lester fit?

Jack will start if he's 100% fit he's trained today (Thursday) but we will wait and see how he is after training tomorrow before deciding if he's fit enough to start.

Derek Niven is suspended so definitely one change

Yes it's disappointing for Derek he's been a main stay in the team for two or three seasons now and he's got great energy .But we have to adapt and play without him in this game.

Do you feel under pressure for this one poor recent form and no home wins since early September?

There is always pressure on in football and our recent results are not good enough for what we want to achieve. Though I have got use to this kind of pressure over recent seasons here at Chesterfield. I am relishing it in a way because we need a win and Saturday will be a good time to do it on Saturday.

Local rivals Mansfield Town are bottom of the League so many people will be thinking the result is a forgone conclusion

Forgone conclusions haven't really been in the case in football for a long time now. We are hoping we are going to win and the fact that they are bottom of the league makes it a bit harder with expectations growing.

Currently though it looks like the Spireites can't hold onto leads

At the moment we have been ahead in five games this season and failed to take all three points an that's something that's got to improve

Last season Barry Roche was dropped and Michael Jordan brought in will Michael Jordan feature again this season

I think in fairness to Rochey the only mistake I can recall was the first goal we conceded against Rotherham.  But all the players are aware if there performances dip there is somebody else ready to step in.

What's been your best moment since being manager?

A good question. Struggling to find one really you are always looking forward to the next win. The win at Wrexham was impressive and also at MK Don's. It's been unfortunate that our better performances have been away from home so far this season. It would be nice to start having some good moments at home.

The transfer window opens shortly will there be changes

Hopefully the window will give us the opportunity to change things around but that's four games away at the moment.

Lee you are about to become a father for the third time so remember not to throw the baby out with the bathwater even if things go wrong

That's true and we had a little scare last night and thought she was on her way but she is due anytime now.

What have you asked Santa for this Christmas?

Three points on Saturday and a healthy daughter and mum.

The interview is best watched in full.
