We need the win and to have the right attitude to improve our home form. We cannot afford to underestimate the opposition and our aim is to maintain our recent form.

Steve Fletcher , Kevin Gray and Nicky Travis will all be missing and we will have to wait and see what the doctor says about Jamie Winter on Friday. He's trained all week and we expect he will get the all clear and be available. Peter Leven and Adam Smith are also back in full training so I have a virtually fully fit squad to pick from.

We have a number of plato yers on four bookings now and its part of football so to have a virtually fully fit squad will help in the weeks ahead. But I want players who are fully committed on the pitch anyone trying temper their game tends to become less of a player.

I am also hoping we will provide some entertainment and get the right result with around four hundred or so youngsters coming to the game as part of our promotion with local schools. The future of our football club depends on the youngsters becoming the next generation of Spireites. I don't want my name associated with non-entertaining football.  I think we are entertaining and I hope the youngsters and our regular supporters will go home happy with both the result and performance.

Too often in the recent past we have let ourselves and our home supporters down. So it would be nice to think that Saturday we can get a good win which would take us on into the rest of the season.
