LEE: TO GET CARRIED AWAY AFTER FIVE GAMES WOULD BE FOLLY

Lee your thoughts on the win
We are pleased to get the win after letting them back into it in the second half. We dropped our standards and became sloppy in the second half and Bury deservedly got a goal and had a couple more chances. But once we got our foot on the gas again we always looked like we would create problems and we got two quick goals to win the game. Overall I thought we were the better side in the first half and again in the last fifteen minutes. In between, Bury's three forwards caused us a few problems.
Ben Algar made an impressive debut
He showed everything we have seen him do in training and in the youth games. He tried an audacious bit of skill with a pirouette where really he should have scored. But he's got something and it was great to see three left footed players combining well and we had a real edge on the left hand side.
Steve Fletcher grabbed his first goals
Pleased for him as he sacrificed a lot to come to the Club and showed why I was keen to sign him. He led the line well and his two goals will give him confidence. I think we are a becoming a capable side and improving and we know that at our best we can match anyone in the Division. But it's such a long long season to get carried away after five games would be folly. But what we have showed is that we are as strong as anybody and if we continue in the same vain we will have a successful season. We have some time to have a bit of a rest over the weekend before starting preparations for the game at Mansfield.
