Lee what's the latest on the Bury game

We have numerous injury worries with Travis, Davies and Ward still unavailable, Adam Smith's got fluid on his knee, and Jamie Winter's ankle now rules him out. On the plus side Peter Leven and Georges Santos trained today. Phil Picken was a concern, especially after Tuesday, but hopefully he will be okay. So we will be adding Peter Leven and Georges Santos to the squad, as well as Steve Fletcher and Jack Lester . But of course we will be missing Aaron Downes and Adam Rooney away on International duty.

So what about Bury

There is a familiar face in the shape of Glynn Hurst so they have pace. They tend to play with five at the back and some experienced players in Ben Futcher, Colin Woodthorpe  and the long throw expert Dave Challinor. So it will be tough.

The youngster's did well on Tuesday will they feature

You have to be careful with the young lads like Ben Algar and Josh Law , they are in the squad and may feature. I made my own debut at the same age as Ben so in a lot of respects I do believe if you are good enough you are old enough, so really you will have to wait and see.

Another injury blow for Adam Smith

Its very disappointing for him he's got severe tendonitis on his knee so he will be going back to the specialist. Pleasing though the three longer term injury victims will be stepping up there training in the next week or so. I am looking for Nicky Travis to be back into full training after the Mansfield game. Jamie Ward's been to various experts and we have a plan to benefit his training and his build up to games will change as he's moved into the area and won't be travelling from Birmingham.
