Alan O'Hare missed the Peterborough game due to a hip flexor injury sustained in training the Thursday before the match and this was quite painful over the weekend.

We managed to settle this down and Alan was all ready to train on the Thursday before traveling down to Torquay, but on the Wednesday night Alan was struck down with a sickness bug which ruled him out for the match traveling and the match. At the time of writing Alan is back in full training so should be in contention for Saturday's match.

The 'Chief' who missed three weeks with a calf injury made excellent progress and was fit enough to be added to the squad that traveled to Torquay. In the build up to Saturdays game 'Chief' will have done a full weeks training.

Jordan Fowler who came off in the Peterborough game had a slight strain to the bottom of his back, although this settled down well the decision was taken not to risk him at Torquay. As with the other injuries Jordan has been training all week with the rest of the first team squad.

Tcham who also came off in the game against Peterborough with a kick just above his knee, this took a couple of days to settle down and Tcham is now back in full training.

And finally Adam Smith, who has made excellent progress from his knee surgery. Adam has now completed his rehab with no ill effects and has joined in training with the rest of the squad.
