After the fine win at Peterborough we had a couple of injuries. Jamie McMaster was carried off near the end of the game with his leg in a splint. This was just a precaution as he could not move his ankle after being checked out by there club doctor.  It was thought that Jamie just had some bad bruising around the ankle, this was quite sore and will be assessed towards the end of the week.

Chris Brandon's shoulder problem flared up again, he's seen a specialist this week who will hopefully identify the problem if it doesn't settle down sooner rather than later.

Steve Blatherwick had a couple of knocks to his foot and ankle, after a couple of day's rehab Steve is expected to make a full recovery.

As for the long term injuries Steve Payne who was on the bench at Peterborough also played in a reserve game on Tuesday to regain full match fitness and came through with no ill effects.Caleb Folan also played a part in the game, in his bid to get fit from ankle surgery again the run out  was just what Caleb needed at this stage and he should step up his rehab over the next few weeks. And finally Mark Innes has now resumed full training after a calf injury two weeks ago.
