Captain Steve Payne has continued to progress very well after his knee operation and has completed a good two week rehab program which involved a lot of hard running, ball work and short running, i.e. twisting, turning checking all this was combined with a lot of power work for the thigh muscles.  The good news after all is that Steve played 90 minutes for the reserve game against Huddersfield.  Also Matt O'Halloran also completed 90 minutes in the same game they both got through the game well. This was another progressive start in the rehab program.

Caleb Folan has upped his training but had a little set back this week when he hurt his ankle in training this was not on the same side of the old injury so hopefully it will not be to long before Caleb is back in training with the rest of the squad.

Mark Smith is still struggling with his injury, Mark has been looking to see a specialist next week to try and get to the bottom of this problem.

Cheers
