Chesterfield's leading scorer Jack Lester will miss this weekend's trip to Macclesfield Town to have a further minor operation on his recently broken nose.  He is expected to recover in time for next week's last home game of the season against Notts County.

Although recovering sufficiently to play a small cameo role last week against Darlington, after being out for a month, he now needs further surgery to deal with a restricted airway.

 

Also missing this Saturday's game against The Silkmen at Moss Rose will be captain Peter Leven.
