After a great win at Shrewsbury Town last weekend the main concern following the game was the injury to Jamie Winter.

He was stretchered off suffering from concussion so it was recommended by the Shrews doctor that Jamie get a check up at the local hospital as he was still dazed after the collision and there was uncertainty about the extent of any damage.

At the hospital Jamie had an X-Ray, which pleasingly turned out to be all-clear.

He was then checked over by a doctor for his head injury and after being detained for about an hour or so he was released into the care of the football club and travelled home with the team. Jamie has now made a good recovery and is back in light training.

There were no other injuries to report coming out of Saturday's game.

Peter Levenfletcher home

Peter Leven didn't feature at Shrewsbury due to a badly bruised ankle but he is now on the mend.

Steve Fletcher is also continuing to recover from a thigh injury picked up in our game at Notts County.
