SPIREITES SUMMER FUN
Still time to join Chesterfield FC's summer of fun and football which starts this week but you need to book in advance to take part.

There are Soccer Training Camps at various local venues on various dates throughout the summer holidays.
These are St Mary's High School, Matlock/Cavendish Playing Fields, Brockwell Primary School, Killamarsh St Giles Primary School, Brearley Park Old Whittington, Hasland Park, Holmebrook Valley Country Park, Stand Road Park, plus return games with Mansfield Town FC.
Any promising players will get the chance to be selected for the club's Centre of Excellence or the Junior Blues football team.
There is also a Holiday Fun Club every week at Saltergate Social Club and Chester's one day mini-kickers course each week of the summer holidays at Sheepbridge Social Club.
On Friday 18 August 2006 there is a special trip being arranged to Newcastle United's St James' Park, one of the biggest stadiums in Europe.
In addition, the normal all-year-round Saturday Morning Club, sponsored by SBK computers, will continue to be held at St Mary's High School. You can enrol on the day for this weekly activity.
ANDY Morris and his team from Chesterfield FC's Football in the Community Scheme were live on BBC Radio heffield's Toby Foster Show last week.
The whole programme was broadcast live from Chesterfield's Queens Park.
